- Candidates must have chosen YSU, Damaturu as First Choice in 2024 UTME Registration
- Candidates must have scored at least 140 or above in JAMB 2024
- Interested candidates who choose a different institution earlier can make change of institution to YSU if at all they meet the required minimum cut off mark

- Visit https://ysu.edu.ng/smis/putme/newuser.php
- Enter your JAMB No., Phone number and e-mail address in the space provided
- Generate RRR Code invoice for payment of online application fee by clicking on “Generate Payment Invoice”.
- Proceed to make payment via the online payment facility of the portal or via bank branch nation-wide.
- After making the payment, return to the online application account, Click on”Verify Post UTME/DE Payment.
- Once the payment has been verified, access would be granted to the online application form
