Requirements/ Criteria Applying for The ABU Post UTME Form

  • Candidate must have chosen ABU a s first choice in 2025 UTME registration
  • Candidate must have scored at least 160 or above in JAMB 2025
  • Have uploaded you WAEC/NECO O’level results on the JAMB CAPs.
  • All candidates should make sure to use a function email address and phone number as they will be the means for the school to communicate to them.
  • Interested candidates who choose a different institution earlier can make change of institution to ABU if at all they meet the required minimum cut off mark

Direct Entry Candidates

  • Have A’ level, OND/ IJMB/ JUPEB result and have applied throughput JAMB CAPs
  • Candidate should have at least lower credit in national diploma and a minimum of 7 point in IJMB or JUPEB in relevant course or subject respectively
  • All candidates should make sure to use a function email address and phone number as they will be the means for the school to communicate to them.

How To Apply for ABU Post UTME Form 2025/2026

After meeting the ABU requirements, below is a detailed step-by-step guide to apply for the ABU post UTME form:

  • Locate the ABU Post UTME portal through your web browser
  • Enter your JAMB registration number which serves a your username for the portal.
  • Select ABU from the institution drop down menu.
  • Complete the remaining fields in the form to generate an invoice containing your Renita retrieval reference (RRR).
  • Proceed to any commercial bank near you to make payment using RRR.
  • Process the screening fee payment of two thousand naira (N2,000.00).
  • After payment, return to the portal and log in with your JAMB number and RRR to finalise the registration.
  • Upload a recent passport-sized photograph in .jpeg format with maximum size of 20KB.
  • Ensure the image meets these specifications,as other formats like .png or .pdf will not be accepted
    Once your registration is complete, print your screening slip.

Note: This acknowledgment slip is mandatory for the physical screening process. The screening portal will be accessible shortly; ensure you verify and update your biographical information during the designated period.

Admission Eligibility

  • Only those who selected ABU as their first choice and participated in the screening exercise will be considered for admission.
  • Candidates must have a minimum of five O’Level credits in subjects relevant to their chosen course, obtained in no more than two sittings.
  • For programmes in the College of Health Sciences, five credits in relevant subjects must be obtained in one sitting.
  • A credit in English Language is required for admission to all courses.
  • Only those who have uploaded their O’Level results on the JAMB e-Facility are eligible for screening and admission.
